17th National Nutrition Science Congress Promotes Healthy Future

The 17th China National Nutrition Science Congress (17th CNSC), marking the 80th anniversary of the Chinese Nutrition Society, will take place September 21-23, 2025 at the Beijing International Convention Center. This premier scientific gathering will focus on "Nutrition Innovation: Driving High-Quality Development of National Health."

The congress will feature plenary lectures, parallel sessions, and specialized symposia addressing critical topics:

• Precision nutrition and artificial intelligence applications
• Nutritional immunology and gut microbiome interactions
• Lifecycle nutrition from maternal health to gerontology
• Food composition analysis and dietary pattern research
• Clinical nutrition and medical food development

Researchers may submit original work through the congress website until June 30, 2025. Abstracts (500 words in Chinese or 300 words in English) should follow standard scientific format including objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Acceptance notifications will issue by July 31.

The 2025 congress coincides with the Chinese Nutrition Society's eight-decade milestone, featuring special retrospectives on China's nutrition science evolution and future directions.

The event is organized by the Chinese Nutrition Society with support from leading research institutions including the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention's Nutrition and Health Institute, the Ministry of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Development Institute, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health.
